My service engine soon light was on and I got it checked out. Codes 1140 and 0160 was recorded. Any ideas what these are and what I need to do???

P1140 - Intake Valve Timing Control Position Sensor
P0160 - Heated Oxygen Sensor


I had P1140 fault on my 01 path se (3.5 ltr engine) at 40,000 miles.
The dealer replaced it under warranty.
I don't know if it falls under the 60,000 mile coverage or not?
Check www.nhtsa.dot.gov for technical service bulletins.
