Is it me, or is the gas gauge very slow after filling the tank?
After I fill up the tank, the gas gauge takes about 2-3 minutes for it to reach 'F'. Everyone else's car reaches 'F' instantly.
Is this normal?

Mine's the same way. It'll take a few miles of driving to get the gauge to read full, if it ever does. It usually maxes out just above where 7/8ths would be.
And I know the tank is full -- gas comes streaming back out of the filler neck. One thing about this truck is, once the pump shuts off, the tank is FULL baby. I can't get another half gallon in there. Learned that the hard way a few times. On my Cadillac, I can get at least another gallon and a half after the pump shuts off. I think it probably has something to do with the length of fill tube (real short on the truck, real long on the Caddy).

I have posted on this before. Look at the connector under the carpet in between the door and the pass side seat. There will be a small black wire in the corner. Check it for resistance to ground. The ground point is on the pass side kick panel. Mine was corroded from the numerous times the truck got rained on/in.
