Not close at all. The VG30DE is a dual overhead cam motor with 24 Valves total, while the VG33ER is SOHC and 12 Valves. The heads are totally different and the blower will not bolt right up. Sorry to burst your bubble.
You could always find a used TT kit off an old Z and put that on. Plus there is a lot more involved than just bolting on a blower or turbos, you have to deal with fuel, plugs, wires, timing, computer etc.
If you really want to supercharge your motor I believe Stillen has a supercharger for your application, but I am not sure anymore. Check out their site
