Well, I bought this truck (64,000k miles when I bought it) about a month and a half ago and about 2 weeks after I bought it I started having trouble. I was about to head home from school for the weekend (I do this every weekend to see my girl and home is about 3 hours away) and when I was started the truck it was shaking like crazy and kept stalling out. I had it towed and the mechanic replaced spark plugs and wires and it worked fine. The following week no problem. The week after same thing, it shakes like crazy at start, but it wasn't stalling out this time and I have to give it a lot of gas to kick it into first. As long as I kept it out of first the shaking didn't happen. I decided to chance it without stopping at the mechanic and the truck stopped shaking about 20 mins or so through the drive. When I got home, I brought it to the dealer and they said it was just carbon buildup in the distributor cap so they scraped it off and I was on my way. The next week, same problem again but this time while I was bringing it to the mechanic the service engine light popped on and the truck would do a minor jerk off and on and seemed like it was gonna stall on me again. When the mechanic looked at it he ran a computer test and it said "Cylinder number 4 misfired" , so he cleared the error from the system and went to test the truck out and it worked fine. So now I just ran to the store and my truck is shaking a little, but no problems other than that. I'm sure I'm in for another surprise soon.

Sorry about the length of the post. I'm just not a car person and wanted to list everything that has happened with this truck and see if some of you guys could tell what the problem is.
