NAPZ with a KA24 head?

Has anyone tried to install a KA24E head onto the NAPz block with any success one way or the other? I know the electronics and fuel injection would have to come with it. My main concerns are the head physically bolting up and the timing chain. Any suggestions?

It would be simpler to just swap out the whole engine than trying to retrofit the NAPS-Z with a KA head. The two engines are similsar from what I have read, but you would need to change so much that it would be cheaper and easier to just do a swap. Plus, KA24E's are relatively plentiful and cheap. Get the one from the 240sx as it is a little better and has more HP than one from a truck.

It was done over on www.nissanminis.com. But like himile said it would be just as easy to swap in a whole fresh ka24e. If you have a good running Z24 there are people over there who be interested in buying it.
