Unhappy Need Help...PLEASE!

I have a 00 Nissan Frontier SE V6 Crew Cab. I have been keeping a pretty regular maintenance schedule with it. This morning when I went to start it, it started idling very, VERY rough. I shut it down and started it back up. While it seemed fine, and drove fine with my 30 minute drive to work, I am still very nervous. Does anyone have any suggestions? Am I freaking out over something that might never happen again, or is this a sign of more thigs to come. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The only info I can provide other than what happened is that the AC was on. Don't know if that helps.

Dunno what to tell you on that one... The AC might have played a role, but it seems unlikely. By rough idle, do you mean jerking around like about to stall out or just not as smooth an idle as normal...

The only time my truck has done that was when the intake was pulling air in behind the MAF sensor. I had forgotten to reattach a hose.
