For an all new model, I'd sure think in terms of taking it in for service. Nissan continuously develops TSBs (Technical Service Bulletins) to address ongoing issues, so there may already be a "fix" developed for your issues.

I made an appt at dealer for later this week. Hopefully they can resolve the problems!
The rattling noises happen to my car to. The dealer told me that they haven't come up with a perfect solution to fix it. They said the more they fix it, the worse the noise get. This noise is certainly a defect. If it is not fixed after 3 attempt, i will try to get my money refunded in according to the Lemon Law.
