2004 Quest - Problems?

I just picked up my New 2004 Quest SL last week.

I cannot get the Rear Heater to blow out Hot air, it only blows out cool air. The front heat works fine!

Also, there is a a rattle/vibration on drivers side door area!

Can anyone please assist me or shall I bring in to service?

Thanks

For an all new model, I'd sure think in terms of taking it in for service. Nissan continuously develops TSBs (Technical Service Bulletins) to address ongoing issues, so there may already be a "fix" developed for your issues.

The rattling noises happen to my car to. The dealer told me that they haven't come up with a perfect solution to fix it. They said the more they fix it, the worse the noise get. This noise is certainly a defect. If it is not fixed after 3 attempt, i will try to get my money refunded in according to the Lemon Law.
