Here's a couple of photos of my Patrol that I thought I'd post em since most of you guys don't get to see Patrols past the 80's models






It's got a 4.2L diesel engine with an auto transmission and can be switched between 4wd and 2wd. It also has a few luxury features like A/C, Sunroof, CD Player, which for it's class and year were not all that common. It's used a bit on the farm, mostly during winter where it is responsible for towing a trailer full of calves through muddy paddocks

What year is this Patrol? I remember seeing 1990, 1991, 1992 Patrols in Europe and I liked that body style much more. They had bigger tires (in relation to the body) and the roof line was not as high as on your Patrol. That's not to say that your Patrol is no good. It's a very impressive vehicle, especially in person. The pictures do not give the size of this vehicle justice.

And that diesel engine! Man - I want that engine in my Pathfinder!!! I would be getting better mileage and effortless towing.

It's a 94 model They don't all come with the higher roof, it's a feature of the Safari Grandroad model. Gives a roomy feeling inside though, you can extend your arms fully upwards and only just touch the roof. For the bigger people, they can open the huge sunroof that opens up half of the roof. Although I admit, it takes a bit to get used to the stlying of it, lol.

Towing is great in it, even when one of the wheels fly off the trailer at 80km/h (don't ask, long story, lol) it handles great
