I had an issue similar to on that is described in the MSN Auto reliability page (
http://autos.msn.com/research/vip/re...x?modelid=3233) . It states,
'Failure of the Fuel Pump Gage Unit Assembly can cause a crank no start or a stall while driving.' This is exactly what happened to me. They replaced the 'Fuel Sender Unit' They stated
'the fuel sender unit connector pins rotted off. Remove and replace the fuel sender unit.' Is this the same thing? I want to confront Nissan concerning this, based on my thoughts this should be covered by them as a recall. They stated they've seen it a few times prior. If its the same, I found it on a national website as an issue, which means it's not a localized issue. It ran me $500.00 to repair. I don't want to look like an idiot and am curious what you opinions on this are.
Thanks.
