Re: Propeller Shaft Lubrication?

Hey Guys
I've owner my 1995 hardbody V6 4x4 K/C since it was new. The scheduled maintance states to lubricate the propeller shaft. I realize the propeller shaft is the drive shaft, but I'm confused about how you lubricate it?
Thanks

There are usually grease plugs at the front and/or rear of the prop shaft, usually to lubricate the slip joint, if any. I'm pretty sure the front shaft has one of these plugs...not sure about the rear. It's also a good idea to grease the universal joints while you're under there, if your u-joints have grease fittings (some do not).
