To me, $4/qt oil is $4/qt oil, no matter who it comes from. If you're paying that much for oil, I doubt it matters what brand you use. Even with conventional oil, any oil meeting the latest SG/SH ratings is more than enough to fully protect your engine (especially a simple SOHC Nissan engine) for hundreds of thousands of miles.

Best for the price.

Used it in mine since day one, 140k miles and doesnt burn a drop of oil between changes. Inside valve cover is as clean as a whistle.

I use Mobil’s Drive Clean conventional oil. 130,000 miles later and my truck doesn’t loose a drop of oil between oil changes.

Nothing against Mobil 1, it is good stuff, I am sure of that.
