HELP! Where's my Starter on p/u

don't know why i haven't been able to recognize the starter on my 95 nissan pickup (2wd/4cyl). the service manual doesn't clearly describe!

can someone please send me in the correct direction?

if you have an auto, it's pretty hard to find. from above, it's about 1.5-2 feet below the intake manifold and from the bottom, it should be right above one of the drive axles.

Yeah -- behind and below your oil filter. Might have to remove the rubber wheel house splash "curtain" on that side to see it.
