I have a '95 Hardbody XE 4cyl. I can't get the exhaust bolts to stay tight. Especially where the pipe bolts to the manifold. There are three bolts there that i can't keep tight for the life of me and anytime the loosen up the slightest bit I blow the gasket.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix it....without using locktight?

I was going to suggest locktite, but I read where you need another solution. If the bolt sticks through with a nut on the other end, would a lock washer, the split ring type, work? I'm just to lazy to go out to the garage and look under my truck to see for myself...lol...I hope this helps...
