sounds like the pistons in your calipers may be sticking, how long has it been since your last brake job?

Sorta reffering to Dragula's reply.. How well do your fronts work? If they seem to work find then the sticking that Dragula metnioned propably would not be the problem.. What I see cause this a lot at my shop it the rear axle seals leaking diff fuid into the brake. The only way to really tell though is after you have taken the rear drums off and look at whats going on in there.

No you are not a moron.. If the fronts are stuck(pistons), all of the hydraulic force will be put to the rears and lock them up too soon. So, with out even knowing it you came up with a possible cause..LOL

I just took apart the brakes and you were correct the piston on the front keeps locking up. So I will need to buy a new caliber. Does anyone know where I can get one at a decent price?
let me know thanks
