Not sure what to buy

Hey everyone,

I just bought a truck and now I am looking into buying something for speed. I'd really like to buy something and add a turbo kit to it and create a sleeper. The problem is that I am not sure what Nissan to buy. In your minds, what is the best car to turbo? I'd like to still be able to pass inspection (VA) with the vehicle. I'd like to see high to mid 13s in the 1/4 mile also. At first, no engine rebuild but if needed I'd do it. What would you all recommend?

By the way I'd like to spend around 3K to 8K for the car and that doesn't include mods.
