'96 Nissan Quest... it feels like the passenger front tire is wobbling through the steering, especially when starting off from a complete stop. The lug nuts are all tight. The steering wheel oscillates pretty badly, too. The wobble feeling improves with increased speed, but is still apparent. Any ideas on what would be the most likely cause? I am thinking tie rod & maybe the CV joint. Thanks!

It's hard to say, you didn't state mileage. It could be real bad wheel bearing or pitman/idler arm? Jack up that wheel and "shake it". That will tell you alot.

IIRC the Quest has rack and pinion steering, so no idler arm or pitman arm.
