We are ordering my Pathfinder tomorrow. Turns out there is not one in the whole US that is an SE with White Frost exterior, russet interior. But, they are telling us that if they don't get it from the factory until Nov..which is 99.9% chance, we are subject to THOSE rebates and not the Oct ones, the month we ordered it (and put a deposit down, etc). I understand WHY they are saying this, but I really think it sucks b/c we decided to buy in Oct b/c the rebate is $3000..and who knows IF there'll be a rebate in Nov. Is there anyway to preview the coming rebates...any insider info or a place to get it? If they are running the $3000 rebate in Nov too, ...fine. THat is great. If not....and they hold us to the Nov rebate..even if it's $500, I think DH may walk on the deal. They have been great w/ us so far..and I understand that it is not them who sets the rebates and they can't change them and only get paid from the manufacturer for the rebates, so they'd be out $$ if they still gave it to us and it wasn't really available. I'm rambling..but what do you all say? Where and how soon can I find out about Nov?

Force them to give your price agreed upon, even if the rebate has expired. There are many factory rebates that they do not pass to the customer anyay.
