CHAS KUCH

have replaced brake light switch 6 times in the last 2 years. Sometimes they never go on, others they never turn off. And yes the round plastic knob is present on the brake pedal switch. Presently, they are constantly on, pulled fuse. Any suggestions on where to go from here?

Trace wiring from the switch to the fuse panel or inspect any aftermarket alarm or security setups for shorts?
