2000 Quest: Replacing door glass

My passenger front window recently was smashed by a burglar (GPS was stolen, laptop was not), and I am picking up a new window from a junkyard tomorrow morning. I've looked over the door and it seems really difficult to put the new glass into place. It seems like trying to fit a 4'x4' block into a 3'x3' hole. Any advice or instruction? Or a link to a tutorial?
