Angry 2000 xterra overheating and making loud clicking noise while still

Ive taken my 2000 nissan xterra to two mechanics now, one corporate and one a friends friend, and both of them have found things wrong with my car, but still have not fixed the problem I am noticing. I am a pizza delivery guy so ive been driving constantly, which i need to stop if i can figure this out. It mainly over heats at stoplight or anywhere where im stuck in one place for a little, ill turn the heat on a little to try and keep it down, but now it just started making a loud clicking noise whenever i start it up, or i turn on the heat while i am stopped and its heated up. I've gotten a new thermostat, new fan cluth, both exhaust manifolds fixed, the fans are working fine. the coolants leaking which probally has a little bit to do with the overheating, but i keep it filled. If anyone could please help me, i'm losing my mind with this car, ive tried so much and have gotten numerous people to look at it.

Leaking coolant can cause air pockets which can make it overheat. Refilling it isn't the fix.
