Trying to troubleshoot washer fluid sprayer

2004 Frontier.

First, where the heck is the fuse box on this thing? It's under dash passenger side right?

Also, is there a fuse box under the hood?

I pull the stalk towards me, no spray but wipers go on. I don't hear the motor running. Trying to get the electrical connection for washer spray motor off but no luck. Hard to see under there.

Wanted to get to the leads so I could put a meter on it to see if motor or something else.
