ebay CD manual question for the board

I see on E-bay many CD manuals for Nissan vehicles. I assummed these where copies from something else to be offered so cheaply. I email the seller to inquire about copy write issues in the event I bought one and never got a reponse (which might be a warning sign itself!). Anyone bought one and how detailed is it? Was there any other programming necessary to run it?

I don't know, but I ordered one. It should be here in about a week. I'll see what it looks like -- I assume it's a burned copy of Nissan's published CDs. He doesn't state the source, so I doubt anyone would get in trouble for buying one. All I care about is that it works.

I thought about it too, but he has way to many negatives in his rating for me to trust my money with him.

There are a few extremes on the bad side and lots of extremes on the good side. Who knows. It's cheaper than a real book and all I want is the information anyway. I don't care that it's in a bound book, I just want to be able to see diagrams, etc. This way, the information's already digital and I don't have to scan anything.

Who knows...maybe it'll be the worst $34 w/ shipping that I ever spent, maybe it'll be the best.

I bought a CD for my 95 pathy. It is detailed with specs and wiring diagrams and is in adobe. you have to view it with windows explorer. Kind of a pain in the rear but it is a genuine CD and not a burnt copy, albeit used. I paid by cheque and his email was slow to respond. I feel it was worth the grief.
