My car stalled while driving down the freeway one day.
I figured i may have gotten some water in the cylinders because it happened before.
So i let it sit for a bit and tried restarting it, jumping it, then towed it home.
I replaced the water pump, put in new head gasket, intake and exhaust manifold gaskets, new O2 sensor, oil change, fuel filter, some new vacum hoses, fuel hoses, cleaned the battery contacts.
So when I fired it my 95 hb it sounded great, drove it around for the day and it ran great. So I hear this weird clickign noise and then it stops. Next morning the batteries dead, try turning it over, doesn't go,but i hear the clicking again. Jump the car cause I have to go to work. The car won't turnoff now. I have to stall the engine by letting the cluctch out slowly. When I do this the check engine light, battery, abs, and oil lights come up. I disconnect the battery cause I didn't want to have to jump it when I try to leave work. I've been doing this for two days now, and want to fix it.

Not much to work with...
Take a meter to your hot side of the coil, does it show voltage when the vehicle is off? If so, then that would be both problems. Solve by tracing down hot coil wire.

FWIW, the one time I had a vehicle that would not turn off, it was a bad ignition switch.

ok, so when i turn off the ignition, the radio and everything else shuts off, but the engine deons't shut off, when I make a hard right hand turn the dash lights come on, and stay on until I turn left. The clicking sound, seemed like it was coming from the wiper motors region.
it only comes on when I am moving. I also checked the codes and got an error for 14, and 41. I've been working on getting the speed sensor. I cleaned the connector for the air temperature sensor, hopefully it will work tomorrow, if not will buy a new sensor.
When you changed the gaskets i assume you had to disconnect some of the electrical connectors.
I'm guessing you might have a floating ground issue , possibly one of the engine grounds is disconnected , in which case the circuit will try and find a ground any way it can.
It also sounds like one of the ignition relays ( possibly #1 ) is staying energized after turning the key to " OFF ".
