Fusible links are single wires attached to the battery, not next to the air cleaner. That looks like a relay to me. Where do the wires go? Do you have aftermarket fog lights on the truck?

I think its a relay too... but...

I think its a relay too... but I don't know where its going... No after market products installed... This part has about 4 inches of wiring exposed, then is wrapped into the harness... Does anyone have a book/manual showing it and it's function ???

I have the same thing on my truck a 92 nissan d21 pickup (ka24e), although mine is all neatly taped to the wiring harness next to it, its probably for an option that wasnt installed.
