My 92 nissan pickup will start but if I try to accelerate it will shut off, a/c will not turn on and ecu has red light that is constantly on and ecu will not go into diagnostics mode. Any ideas?

Sounds like the ECU may have died on you if it's not working and the engine won't stay running. Try a junkyard or Ebay ECU, maybe? They're not that spendy anymore. Make sure you match the old ECU.
