'93 4x4 won't start

1993 hardbody 4x4 won't start. It looks like I have good battery. All dash lights come on, radio, fuel pump, and power windows are working. No corrosion on battery terminals.

When I insert key and try to start I get nothing, don't hear any clicks. Over the last 2-3 days starting seemed to get weak, kinda like the battery was dying. Cannot start the truck from a jump either, but push starting works. Just wondering where my next step is in trouble shooting. Thank you.

Battery and starter tested okay, relay switch was the culprit, replaced and all is good again. Thank you.

I posted too soon. Truck failed to start again. Took it to the dealer and it appears the solenoid on the starter is in fact bad. I should have a new OEM starter in about a week. Looks like I will be crawling under my truck again. Here are the starter removal instructions which made things fairly easy:

-remove the front skid plate
-disconnect the battery
-reach down from the top passenger side and disconnect the wire with the red
rubber boot
-use a universal-jointed ratchet and various extensions to remove the two
starter bolts from under the truck. You may also need a breaker bar
-twist the starter and remove it straight out the front
- disconnect the wires along the way
