Hello yall, im curious to know if the 5spd tranny from a 95 hardbody ka24e is the same as the ones off a 93 nissan hardbody?

The reason i ask is because the shifters look totaly differnt, the one from the 93 has a straight shifter, the one i got from a 95 has a bend in it and is kinda shaped like a V.

If they are both from a 4-cylinder truck then yes, they should be.

Tranny's the same, although the shifter's a different shape. I think that the mounting for it is absolutely interchangeable.

Personally, I like the straight shifter on my 93 better.
