Question about drive belts

I have a 2000 X-Terra and was told all the drive belts and timing belt need to be changed at 70,000 miles. I was quoted a price of $320 for this - includes labor.
Does this sound right?

umm... i had all the belts changed on my 96 pathy and it was like 800$ at the dealership in MI to do them all, including timeing with new seals and water pump... (think that was it) .....

so either i got the shaft bigtime, or you are getting a great deal, maybe your motor is different?

Nothing was said about seals and water pump, so that might be part of the price being cheaper. Mine is a 6 cylinder and that might make a difference too. And I do know this place is much more reasonable that a dealership.

If its not a Nissan dealership try to get a copy of the timing belt procedure so they'll have the FSM steps to properly tension the belt.

well mine is a 6 cyl too... and IMHO the seals should be replaced while in there, and the water pump....
