85 720 idle problem

85 720 2.4 carb, idles up when hot, seems to be way rich,timing is set to specs,(idle goes to about 1500rpm when warmed up and spits through carb while dieseling on shut off!) whats up! any help,thanks bill

on the side of the carb there is a FICD solenoid (fast idle control) it screws in with one, maybe two wires,(red/blk if I remember right) they should be about $45

Thanks for the input! its been awhile since I've messed with smog carbs,found the part through nissan, $30 bucks wholesale. should be here in a day or two I'll let you know how it goes. Is this also known as decel valve? 85 720 Z24 160k,no drips leaks or smoke,maybe I got a good one
