3.3 v6

since l now have over 110.000 miles on my frontier 3.3 v6. anyone know of a good place in so. calif l can have my engine rebuild by a specialty shop, and not just a rebuilt shop?l have some miles yet to go but since l pull a trailer l am thinking ahead, thanks for any advise. robert..

have you thought of doing the work yourself? rebuilding your on engine is not at all hard just time consuming to make sure you do it right. if not, then call around to the performance shops and ask who they recommend for that work, also ask for quality machine shops, this is a key ingredient for a strong engine.

why do you need to rebuild it?
is it burning oil? or did you lost the power at low end?

100000 miles is nothing for engines which are well maintained.

for a typical Japan car it must be at least 250000 KM. which is 150K miles.

yes you are right ,but l don't plan on rebuilding now,l always look ahead so l can prepare.thanks
