Can anyone recommend a good shop repair manual for an '88 Pathfinder

We have the Haynes and find it woefully insufficient. Any recommendations would be appreciated. In particular I am looking for the vacuum line schematic for the engine for the 1988 v6 3.0 engine.

thanks,

Rick Mohlmann

go to a nissan dealer and ask them to order a Factory Service Manual. it cost me $90 for one for my se-r so i figure it will be around that amount. kinda spendy but worth i in the long run.

with the FSM you figure the nissan techs have to use it, it should have everything you need to know(and then some).

Keep a lookout on e-bay. I picked up a factory service manual for my Nissan truck for $14. They pop up a lot and are much better if you have to do any diagnosing of problems.

I second Randyrh! eBay has tons of manuals and MOST are dirt cheap.
