remind me, did you replace the TPS? or did you just work on the top end of the motor? I ran into a problem where around 18-2100 RPM my truck would act like it starved for fuel for about 2-4 seconds and it would go away for 10 seconds if you remained in the specified RPM. turned out I had installed the TPS lever on the wrong side of the bar. didn't catch until I went to check the voltage for the TPS and actually removed it and saw my error.

yes i relaced it. as for mine it runs fine untill i get to half throttle then it will juct cut out and bog down untill i let off the gas if i try to stay on the gas or give it more thats when it backfires its kinda funny to see people jump when she cuts loose but the power loss sucks and the cops dont dig it either

it maybe possible that you may have a partially clogged injector, the whole problem sounds like it is starving for fuel at the higher RPMs.
