I've had my '95 XE 4x4 p/u for 9 months now and have driven it 10,000 km.

My mechanic did a full front end lube on it when I got it, but he said some of the grease fittings had not been regularly lubed for much of the previous life of the truck.

So I'm wondering if my ball joints got dmaged from no grease for so long (I seem to have irregular tire wear on the front tires) and also how often should I add grease to the fittings? Every 10,000 km? 20,000?
