I have a 1990 Patrol LWB Petrol/Gas 3.0ltr (GQ or MQ - I always get that mixed up) and the speedo has stopped working properly, it works intermittantly, a bash on the dash can often get it working . I have checked the sensor in the transfer case and that appears to be fine, no damage to teh teeth etc, so before I start pulling the dash apart and having a look behind the instrument panel anyone have any ideas what to look for? Oh the odo. is still working too.
