Bigger tires will put a strain on all driveline components, but those two sizes are very similar (try http://www.1010tires.com/TireSizeCal...?action=submit ). I wouldn't think you'd have a fit problem.
The only way I know that you can really hurt 4WD is to use 4WD with different diameter tires mounted on one or more wheels.
