Higher than usual idle - KA24E 5-speed 4X4

I'd like to make one final adjustment to my truck before winter.

In the spring i seafoamed the head and the idle has been just a bit high since then. The idle settles out around 1150 or 1200 RPM's while the truck is stoped and 1000 RPM's while coasting in neutral. Braking does not make a noticeable difference.

No codes are being generated. RPM's drop a little slower than expected when i release the throttle.

Actions taken so far: Replaced most of the vaccume lines and inspected the Fast idle controler on the back of the TB. Looked good.

The truck idled at stock 750 RPM's before i cleaned the TB and butterfly valve. I was thinking about a new O2 sensor but the front one in it looks newer and the rear has definately been replaced. Experienced 22 MPG on the last tank of gas with mixed driving on brand new 235-75-15 Kumho Venture 825's with my 2" magnaflow exhaust. I have had codes related to the evap system about a year ago but nothing recently. Everything works great except for the A/C system needing a charge.

Why are my RPM's 150-200 different while the truck is in motion (2MPH is enough) and when i stop.

Sugestions? Staring points? Thanks All

there is a thermo element or "wax kit" in the throttle body, and when it goes out your idle will go up, here is a Nissan part # 16391-12G00 (96, ka24)
