new project, KA to RB swap in a hardbody

I have a 1990 p/u with a KA24 and 5speed tranny. both if which are past their prime. i am looking to make this a swift little truck w/ a jdm swap. i have settled on the RB25DETT simply for the WOW factor. I wanted to get advise and some helpfull tips before i start this project and I could think of no better a place then the NissanForums to ask such a question. i am completely customizing the truck also so i am not affraid to alter it to make the RB fit. Any and all advise would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

I know the 240sx and the hb have the same engine but i don't know whether or not the engine bay has the same shape/dimensions. i have already anticipated the relocation of engine and tranny mounts. Are there any other body mods i need to do, such as reshaping the tunnel or the fenderwells? i am reading the left hand drive 240sx requires a lot of work. should i expect the same problems with the hard body p/u?
