I don't have a tachometer in this truck, but it seems to me that the truck is idling too quickly when warm. I believe that the truck is supposed to idle quickly when cold to heat up the cat and what not, but it never seems to come down to what sounds like a normal idle.
What system is responsible for the idle returning to normal and how can I check it?
