97 PU Drive Cycle Patterns??

After failing the first emission test, I took my truck to the garage twice. The cause of the error codes were fixed and the MIL hasn't come back on. However, it has been nearly 3 weeks and only 5 of the 8 monitors are ready for testing. The monitors not ready are: catalyst, evap, and egr. I would like to know if anyone has the specific drive cycle patterns to set these remaining monitors for the 97 PU 2.4L. Thanks in advance for your help.
