I'm sure you can get another pipe from a junkyard truck. Only problem is loosening the bolts... I don't know where you live, but they are often rusted through, and you can possibly snap them. I did that to my '97. Just be careful. Soak the bolts with PB Blaster (yellow can, great stuff) a LOT, and just take your time with it. If you don't have that much rust, great.
Other than that, it's an easy job. Just get new flange gaskets. The top of the pipe takes two 'donut' gaskets, and the bottom at the cat is a typical flange gasket. You need both of those.
