Removing Emblems on Armada

I would like to remove to Emblems on the back of our Armada. Does anyone know if they are just stuck on or do they have guide holes which would need to be filled.

Might want to call Joe at www.everythingnissan.com and see if the new parts would come with double-stick tape, or if they have mounting studs. His number is 1-888-216-5328.

it's just very strong double sided tape... the best way to remove it if you can't just peel it off is to get a blow dryer and fishing line and heat the emblems up then "floss" them off with the fishing line. then use a good paint cleaner/ bug and tar remover or something similar to get the rest of the residue off. the sooner you do it the easier they come off.

Later,

Thanks black night. Do you know if the large round nissan emblem on the back is also just tape. Armadaof1 I just wont to clean up the tail of all the add emblems. Easy to wash and wax without them in the way. Maybe a Billet grill but not sure about that yet.

Just to let everyone know, the big circular nissan emblem on the rear cargo door is affixed with double sided tape and two pegs that are used to help position the logo when affixed. So if you remove the logo there are two holes that you will have to deal with. I asked my auto body repair pro, he said the door is alumuminum and that it would be very expensive to hide the holes.
