Help with a '04 Armada "Back Up Alarm Buzzer" Removal & Replacement!

How do I replace the back up alarm buzzer? I cannot find it under the dash, does anyone have any detailed pictires/illistarations/instructions as to how to remove the instrument cluster removed to get to the buzzer and or if this is actually necessary to get to the buzzer?

If so, i could use some serious help here, the dealer is a rip off and no mechanic wants to come near this little project.

I have been driving around with wires on my legs from under the dash for 3 weeks now.

Thanks

Josh

you positive it's the buzzer and not the sensor? Is there some sort of switch light that is on?

I get tired of hearing the dealer is a rip off. The price may be high but it's worth it. If they don't fix it right you get it fixed for free, if you have the same problem it's free again.......... But on the armada, if your rear sonar is not working more then likely it's a fuse or the buzzer. To find out if it is the buzzer turn the key on with the engine off, press the sonar button 10 times in 5 seconds, then after a second press it once. If it don't blink that's your problem. On the other hand the buzzer is most often on the lower left of the guage cluster.
