can someone please help me. i am new to the forums, i just bought a 2005 titan and like an idiot got talked into buying the base modle. now i am kicking my self in the rear. i want to get electric locks installed but no one can because of the cable locks and not rod locks. i could really use some help if anyone knows what i have to do to get the right parts or something. i went to my local nissan dealership to ask them and they looked at me like i was an idiot. any advise or help would greatly be appreciated.

Im trying to get them installed on my 05 Frontier right now and have the same problem. I did find this kit online: http://www.a1electric.com/mes.htm which says its compatible with cable-driven actuators.
