I was thinking that 18" rims and Goodyear Eagle F1DSG3 (can't remember the exact name right now, but it's something like that). And with the whole offset thing, when it comes to racing is it better to have a bigger offset in the back even though you're driving an FF? And what type of offset do I need (or is recommended for what I'm planning to get) for the Front and Back rims?

Im not sure what is a good setup for what you are trying to do but I have some Enkei RSVs for sale in the classified section that were on my 2003 Sentra.

I dunno. I think that the Sentra looks really nice in some solid 6 to 7 spoked wheels. I really want RAYS wheels (a.k.a. Volk Racing and Advan), and I know that they are "like the best wheels ever", but they're so expensive. If anyone can sell me a set for about 1600 or less that'll be totally cool... but then again that's probably wishful thinking right?
