Installing new hubcabs for my Sentra. Do I need these...?

Hi, I just bought a some factory replacement hub cabs for my sentra. Its a 2002 GXE if that matters... when I took off the old hub cabs each lug nut had these black like rubber type washer/spacer rings on them and of coarse I lost them... What were they for and do I need them?

Or maybe I should rephrase my question. Can I install hub cabs w/ only the lug nuts or do I need any sort of spacer or washer?

Ok, so put on one of my hubcabs and noticed the lugnut didnt secure the hubcan entirely, so those washers must of kept the hubcab secure. The hubcab is a little loose, what can I buy to fix this problem? anybody?

On the lugnuts theres this milled spot on it, thats where the washers were.

yeah man you gotta have those black rubber gaskets. They usually never come off. On some cars like kias I think you only need like 2 of them to hold it tight. I bet you can findsome replacements somewhere, autozone of something. how much did you pay for those hubcaps?
