Im not sure about nissan stuff but it should be the same concept as on ford/chevy trucks in this case... Do you have any sort of mods or suspension work done? In order to cost effectively fit large tires without interference, I would recommend installing a body lift(not suspension lift - all though also recommended), and either run longer studs with wheel spacers, or use wheels with enough offset to clear everything(the second of these options being the better). On a side note, if you plan on running the truck hard, and possibly catching any amount of "air", make sure you have strong wheels, and wheel hardware or something will decide to remove itself from your truck(you would have a spair I hope...lol)!
