k, ur gonna hafta xplain 2 me wat a rice boy iz, cuz i don't get it. u got dem pics 'n' u got dem "you might be a..." list. but i still dont get it. so pleze, xplain in consize termz wtf a rice boy iz.

Most of the time Rice Boy are use to describe a car that look Fast and Sound fast, but it is barely movin'.
IE...old honda civic with neon paint, or unpainted body kit with a Big exhaust pipe (AKA... Fart-Cannon or Coffee Can Exhaust)!
It sound like a weed eater that is maxing out on rpm. WEEEeeee..... WEEEEeeee ....WEEEeeee.... WEEEeeee.... ANdddddd....ANddddd... WEeeeeeeeeee... smoke... smoke.... smokee.... WEeeeeeeeee...AnDdddddd...it is kinda annoying hearing it on the highway and even more Super ANNOYING in a quite neighborhood...esp. at night time!!!
