Harley-Davidson Bike Event...3/13/04

Hey everybody,

American Eagle Harley Davidson up here in Denton
right off I-35, is having their annual Bike Competition
this Saturday (3/13/04). It's like a big Harley Bike Show
with prizes awarded to the best bike in their respective
categories.

The event itself is free.
There will also be free food, drinks and live music!!!

Damir, I know you'd be interested. Anyone else want to
come up???

There is nothing better than drunken biker chicks! And you know they’ll be there.

What time and were should we meet?

I do have a few things to take care of first early Saturday, but afterwards I'll be free.

I don't know if I will be able to make it. I have to go by Vince's and get some stuff ordered. I will have Anna with me. I also have to stop by the shop in Tioga. I will try to make it though, Alex are you going to have your phone on you?

Yes, I'll take it and keep it "on" during the day...

I talked to Damir and we should be up there around 11:30 am.
Perhaps we can do a Fry St. event afterwords???

FYI, in case anyone is interested. The Violent Femmes will be playing a FREE show down on Greenville Avenue at 4pm after the Saint Patty's Day Parade. Located behind Jack's Pub on Greenville. I can't go because I need to be sleeping, but just wanted to let you know it was going on also tomorrow. Beer and Live Music starts, I think, at 12:30...

Yes, this Saturday (3/13) because St. Patty's day is the
17th (Wednesday). All the festivities kick off the Saturday b4.

Ahh, The Femmes...brings back old memories...

I wonder who's going to play the Harley Show???

I can't go to the Femmes, I may be able to make the Harley show, I drove by about 20 minutes ago and the parking lot was already filling up as well as the parking lot over at the Cattle Company. I guess the weather won't affect it.

The show was great!!!

Damir and I got out there at 2:00pm
and they were already judging the bikes.

Tons of people (even in the rain). Too bad neither of
us brought a digi cam...

Their next "big" event will be the annual July 4th
bash. Mark your calenders because it will be a BLAST!
