Looking At Dates for December Meet...

Well, it can get a little dicey this time of year
with vacations, holidays, etc...

So, I was looking at the calender and the best date
I came up with was Saturday December 20th @
4 p.m.

I'm liking the byob thing at Luigi's so let's go back there.

What do ya'll think?

Sounds good. I can schedule my trip to TN around this so Saturday works for me.

Hey Alex!

I just found out that I will be doing Christmas exchanging gift in Longview ... Sat. 20th of December.

I can't make it on a Sat. 20th sorry...

I am wondering if it is possible to move it to Friday evening (I know there will be no daylight left) or Sunday 21st of December?

I really don't want to miss December meet! I hope this isn't an inconvience for everyone else. If the 20th a firm set date, then I will understand. Thanks!

I can still do Saturday the 20th but Sunday would be better for me also. It would give me more flexibility in my long drive back from TN. Also, I forgot that I am having a party on the 20th...All are welcome to attend.

The 20th is good for me, can also do the 19th. If we go for the 21st I won't make it until around 5pm, but these days all work for me.

Well, I read everybody's posts carefully and it seems
that Sunday December 21st @ 4pm would work better for most of you.

So, lets go ahead and move it (provided Luigi's is open on Sunday)
