Unhappy I blew a tire.

I was coming home from Irving on Saturday, and when I was reaching I35 coming down 635 I heard a pop. I didn't think much of it, until when I reached 190 and I went to change lanes, and I heard the bumper hit the ground. I pulled off the highway, and got the car somewhere safe, when I got out the tire had blown out from the inside. Luckily the tire stayed on the wheel, so it didn't damage anything.

I now have the camber bolts on order, so this doesn't happen to me again.

Was your camber off so much that if caused your
inside tread to wear away so quick, thus causing the blow-out?

Yeah it was really bad, I wish I would have had my camera, and I could have gotten a pic for ya.

Yeah, I almost had that happen in my
SE-R a few years back. The tread was
so thin you could see the metal cords
sticking out...

Yeah that's exactly what happened to mine, and I knew that it was going to go out sometime, just wasn't sure how much longer I had on it.

Alignment is very important on lowered vehicles...
